The following images present our comprehensive response to the competition for the architectural studies and construction supervision of the boarding facility for the Centre Imame Elboukhari Sport & Study. This project, commissioned by the Provincial Direction of Casa-Anfa and supported by the AREF of the Casablanca-Settat Region, is a cornerstone in the strategic development of elite women’s football.

The design for the new dormitory at the Centre Imame Elboukhari Sport & Study adopts a clean, contemporary aesthetic that balances functionality and visual appeal. Organized as a rectangular volume with a central core, the building’s layout maximizes natural light and promotes efficient circulation. Vertical accents on the façade introduce a dynamic interplay of textures and colors, while also serving as subtle shading devices suited to the local climate.

Generous window openings enhance daylighting and ventilation, contributing to both energy efficiency and occupant comfort. At street level, rows of palm trees and a clear pedestrian pathway create a welcoming transition from the urban environment to the building interior. This design approach reflects the dual objectives of fostering a vibrant sports-focused atmosphere and providing a comfortable residential setting—ultimately uniting modern architectural expression with practical, community-oriented functionality.
